    The spirits industry is certainly in flux, as consumers move away from vodka toward whiskies and embrace flavored spirits in new categories. The cinnamon whisky, moonshine and premium Bourbon trends continue to mature, increasing competition within the category as brands fight for staying power.     I just got back from Louisville, Kentucky, where I had the chance to learn about Old Forester, Woodford Reserve and some other Brown-Forman brands, as well as tour the company’s headquarters and cooperage.     Sun Chase Pinot Noir
    Guarachi Family Wines Sun Chase Pinot Noir 2013 is a blend of clones 777 and 828. The grapes were night harvested by hand and aged 11 months in 100% French oak, 55% new.
