Dalmore 18

The Dalmore 18 is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This gives the whisky its foundation of soft vanilla and honey notes, the company says. A proportion is then transferred to 30-year-old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks, provided by the bodega Gonzalez Byass. The sherry casks give the whisky a chocolatey flavor.

SRP: $399.99 per 750-ml. bottle.

Dalmore 25

Matured initially in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The whisky is then divided into 25-year-old sweet Palomino Fino sherry casks and first fill American white oak ex-bourbon casks. Here they are given an extended period of time to mature before they are reunited back together in first fill ex-bourbon casks. The whisky is then finessed in Tawny Port pipes from Portugal.

Glenmorangie
A Tale of Tokyo

The distillery’s first release finished in Japanese Mizunara oak casks. Inspiration for this innovation came from the brand’s whisky creator Dr. Bill Lumsden frequently traveling to Tokyo.

Dewar’s Double Double 37

Dewar’s Double Double 37 is the highest age expression released from the brand’s Double Double range. This limited edition release is the first of four in a special Collector’s Series celebrating Scotland’s most famous whisky regions. The landmark Double Double 37 whisky is finished in Oloroso sherry casks that held Aultmore single malt whisky.

Orphan Barrel Castle’s Curse 14YO Single Malt

This whisky matured in European oak. On the nose is tangerine, poached pear, sweet confectionery and dried herbs, the company reports, before a palate of vanilla, red apple and mint. Founded in 1817, Teaninich Distillery is located in the Northern Highlands of Scotland, overlooking the shores of the Cromarty Firth.

Bardstown Bourbon Co. Discovery #11

The first time since Discovery #4 the series has featured all Kentucky bourbons. Offers rainier cherry, butterscotch, brown sugar and roasted peanut on the nose, the company reports, before a palate of toffee and cinnamon spice, followed by a finish of red fruit and oak. 118.1 proof.

Elijah Craig Barrel
Proof C923

Released annually, the Vaults is a an allocated whiskey that combines the Brooklyn distillery’s oldest stocks. The 2023 iteration is a blend of Tennessee and Indiana whiskeys, aged a minimum of 15 years and blended in small batches, before finishing for three months in air-seasoned casks at Widow Jane’s Red Hook rickhouse.

Bourbon Whiskey

Bottled at cask strength at 98.1 proof. Contains 15-year-old straight bourbon whiskey from the 175-year-old Lawrenceburg, IN distillery. This year, Remus Gatsby Reserve features two bourbon mash bills: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt; and 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% barley malt.

2XO American Oak

American Oak is the first blend in the Oak Series, a double oak technique where Dedman introduces additional charred oak to barrels with a moderate amount of rye in the mashbill. American Oak moves from caramel and toffee on the front palate, to roasted nutty notes on the mid-palate, finishing with a lingering mild spice, according to brand-provided notes.

The Beverly Hills Rye

Made and bottled at 96 Proof at Cedar Ridge Distillery, from barrels sourced from Iowa and Indiana. The brand is committed to sustainability by planting one tree in partnership with Trees for the Future for every bottle sold.

Baileys Chocolate Liqueur

Baileys Chocolate Liqueur combines Baileys Original Irish Cream and real Belgian chocolate. It is best served in a chocolate martini, chilled or as a dessert shot.

Belvedere 10
Luxury Vodka

The bottle stands ten levels tall, a reference to the liquid’s 10-step creation process. Belvedere 10 starts with a single harvest of organic Diamond Rye, grown in a single field on an estate in north-east Poland. Crafted annually in small batches, the spirit rests for ten months, meant to improve its smoothness. Distilled four times. 80 proof.

“Henny White" Cognac

Hennessy is celebrating the 25th anniversary of “Henny White” with a limited-edition release available in the U.S. for the first time ever. “Henny White” is a tribute to the fan community that has asked for the U.S releasefor many years. The liquid inside remains unchanged: combined eaux-de-vie selected by Hennessy’s Master Blenders.

Le Blanc de Blancs 2016

Champagne Ayala’s flagship vintage wine is sourced from a blend of Grands and Premiers Crus from the Côtes de Blancs. On the nose is floral notes, like acacia blossoms, alongside hints of freshly baked pastries. The palate includes Chardonnay grapes shining through. Pairs with seafood, poultry, appetizers and more.

Bollinger RD 2008

The enduring legacy of R.D., which influenced the entire Champagne category with the inaugural R.D. 1952 vintage release, is woven into this bottle’s DNA and underscores the distinctive Bollinger style, the winery reports. This extra-brut bottle offers flavors of mousse, acacia honey, hazelnuts, dried fruit and fresh salinity.

La Grande Dame 2015

In collaboration with a modern-day La Grande Dame and iconic name in the design and art world, Italian ceramicist Paola Paronetto, La Grande Dame 2015 comes in six differently colored giftboxes. The new cuvée is also housed in sustainable paper clay packaging.

171st Edition

Krug Grande Cuvée 171st Edition is a blend of 131 wines from 12 different years, the youngest of which is from 2015, while the oldest dates back to 2000. A stay of around seven years in Krug’s cellars gives Krug Grande Cuvée 171st Edition its distinct expression and elegance, the company says.

Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009 is comprised of 85% chardonnay grapes and 15% pinot noir grapes.

Dom Ruinart 2010

For this cuvée, the oenological team had the idea of bringing back cork during the ageing process. During a maturation of 10 years, the cork brings a woody side to this vintage, the company says.

The bottle has white raised texture evoking snow, and smooth glossy gold foil that “compliments the rich color of the bourbon,” the company says.

High West A Midwinter Night’s Dram Act 11

A Midwinter Night’s Dram Act 11 is made from High West’s Rendezvous Rye whiskey expression, finished in ruby and tawny port barrels. The mash bill is a blend of 95% rye, 5% barley malt from MGP; and 80% rye, 20% malted rye from High West distillate.

Art & Decadence

Uses malt whisky from Balmenach Distillery, finished in wine casks: Madeira, Sauternes and Marsala. Layered in is malt whisky from the Linkwood Distillery, aged in Palo Cortado sherry-seasoned butts, and malt whisky from the Glen Moray Distillery, finished in Oloroso sherry-seasoned butts, plus grain whisky from Port Dundas Distillery.

The House’s centennial Hakushu 12 Year Old packaging is designed as an homage to “Monozukuri” craftsmanship. This expression is bottled at 43 percent ABV.

Tia Maria
Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

Made with a blend of 100% Arabica coffee. The beans are coarsely ground and steeped in water for up to 12 hours. Madagascar vanilla is then added to provide the liqueur with a fragrant back note, the company says.
